MR. DOUG SMITH
ADMINISTRATOR
It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mr. Doug Smith as our new Administrator at Liberty Christian Academy beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Smith brings with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to lead us in our mission of providing a Christ-centered education.
Mr. Smith comes to us with a distinguished background in education and a deep commitment to his faith, which aligns closely with the values of our school community. His journey of faith and dedication to serving the Lord have been evident throughout his personal and professional life.
Mr. Smith's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Missouri State University, a Master's degree in Secondary Administration from Lindenwood University, and an Ed. Specialist Degree from Missouri Baptist University. His professional experience spans over two decades, during which he has held various leadership roles in school districts across Missouri, most recently serving first as the Middle School Principal and now, currently as Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning in the Wright City School District.
Throughout his career, Mr. Smith has demonstrated a passion for academic excellence, student development, and creating a positive and nurturing learning environment. His leadership has led to significant improvements in academic achievement and the establishment of positive school cultures.
In addition to his professional qualifications, Mr. Smith's statement of faith reflects his deep spiritual convictions and his belief in the power of God's grace and provision. His journey of faith, marked by challenges and blessings, serves as a testament to the transformative power of Christ in one's life.
As Mr. Smith joins our school community, we are confident that his leadership, experience, and unwavering commitment to Christian education will enhance the educational experience of our students and further strengthen the foundation of faith upon which Liberty Christian Academy is built.
