INFORMATION TO KNOW:
PICTURE DAY - Picture day is this Wednesday, 9/14th. All students will be photographed in their LCA Spirit Wear.
OPENING – We have an immediate opening for a Secondary Science/Math position. If you are interested or know someone who is interested in this position, please contact Mrs. Wilgus.
SAVE THE DATE – The Annual Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, October 8th. See the attached flyer for more info. WE NEED YOU TO MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS!! Thanks to all who have already obtained hole sponsors and items for the tournament. We still are in need of more sponsorships.
FRIDAY AHED DRESS – On Fridays, students can pay $1 to “dress down.” The money goes to the Senior Missions Trip fund. Jeans, athletic shorts, sweat pants, dresses, skirts may be worn provided they meet the knee-length requirement. Garments with “holes”, yoga pants, tight-fitting clothes, tank tops, spaghetti straps are not permitted.
GRANDPARENT'S DAY – Grandparents (or a special family friend (please no parents or siblings) if grandparents are not able to attend) are invited to attend Chapel with their PreK-6th grade grandchild. Your child’s teacher has more information. After Chapel, the student can shop with his/her visitor at the annual Book Fair.
CEF PARTY CLUB – Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is hosting a Party Club after school on Thursday, September 15th for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Please see the attached forms for more information and to register your child. Form is due by Tuesday, the 13th.
JUNIOR BOYS BASKETBALL — Any boy (5th -9th grades) interested in playing basketball this year, please contact Mrs. Schloeman in the school office.
CHEERLEADING — Any girl (1st-5th grades) interested in participating in cheerleading this year, please contact Mrs. Schloeman in the school office.
