INFORMATION TO KNOW:

Canned Food Drive – Congratulations to 11th and 12th Grades for winning the canned food drive.  THANK YOU, parents, for helping us bless so many families.  We collected 3,566 cans!!!!

Dress Code Reminder – Please remember that leggings may be worn under a skirt as tights; however, they are not to be worn as pants.  This includes dress-down Fridays.

Dinner Theatre – Our 9th – 11th Grade Drama class will be presenting Our Dear Ms. Brooks on Saturday, November 16th.  Tickets are $12 for ages 13 and up, $8 for ages 6-12, free for 5 and under.  Tickets include a spaghetti dinner and an amazing performance!  Please stop by the office to purchase your tickets.  Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Spirit Week is November 18th – November 22nd.  Students may dress according to the theme days or wear LCA unified dress.

Monday is ‘Merica Day – show off that patriotic fever by wearing red, white, and blue.

Tuesday is Costume Day – be a super hero, dress as your favorite character from a book or movie, you get the idea.  Please make sure all costumes are school appropriate (no zombies, etc.)

Wednesday is Western Day.

Thursday is Color Wars – Each class wears a specific color (12th – blue, 11th – red, 10th – black, 9th – orange, 7th & 8th – white, 6th – purple, 5th – yellow, 4th – pink, 3rd – green, 1st & 2nd – silver/gray, Kindergarten – brown, PreK – any color/rainbow)

Friday is extreme Spirit Day – show off that school spirit and be prepared to scream at the pep rally and Homecoming game.

Service Hours Opportunity – We have several openings to help with concessions and gates at home Basketball Games.  The time worked will count as Family Service hours.  Please use this link to sign-up: https://signup.com/go/FApivkM.  Thank you in advance for your help!!

Christmas Toy Drive – We are partnering with Wright City Chamber of Commerce to collect toys for children in the area.  You can drop off a new, unwrapped toy at LCA until Thursday, December 12th. 

Junior/Senior Entrepreneur Class Businesses

Parents, need a night out?  Kingdom Seekers will watch your children ages 2 – 10 years old so that you can have a night out!  It will be held tomorrow, Saturday, the 9th, from 5 PM – 11 PM at Wright City Church of the Nazarene.  Students will have various activities including a pizza dinner, a Bible lesson, and movies.  Cost is $15 for the first child and $7 for each additional child.  To reserve your spot, please RSVP to Haley Hoffman.
